In the wake of the General Election 2020 (GE2020), the People’s Action Party’s (PAP) Shamsul Kamar posted onto his Facebook, outlining some of his plans for the Kaki Bukit area over the coming years.

In his post, he thanked the residents for their support and friendship over the years.
Kamar added that he will not be involved in much of the “ground work and day to day running of things” because they (PAP) will be giving the Workers’ Party (WP) the space that they need.
