Recently a netizen shared her experience on social media. She has booked a delivery transport for transporting CNY cookies from her mum to her.
But when the cookies reached her, the package was seen half-eaten and left in the box.
Here is what she said in the post,
“Poslaju Malaysia Pos Malaysia Berhad Poslaju. Im truly disappointed and disgusted with your worker that dealt with my parcel.”
“Its CNY Season, and my mother lovingly baked cny goodies for me, packed it nicely, with cellophane tape, and poslaju it from kuching to kl for me. And guess what? When I received my package, one of my goodies was HALF EATEN. Cellophane tape taken out and it was literally half gone. “
“How can this happen? Does this mean all our packages are unsafe in your care? My package was bubble wrapped by my mother and your workers have the audacity to open it, and korek the cny goodies and eat it? Please do something about this RIDICULOUSLY DISGUSTING UNHYGIENIC ISSUE.“
