If you are ever robbed in Singapore, please remember to get the name, IC number and address of the robber.

According to my understanding of Minister Khaw’s logic, criminals in Singapore are apparently all very cooperative and will provide the above information upon request. The onus is therefore on you to get these details as again according to Minister Khaw, it is very hard for the police to find the criminal if all you can do is describe the robber without providing them with such easily obtainable information.
