“PMD and pillion crossing at junction and driver was not paying attention hitting both the rider and pillion during the crossing.”
Two vehicles could be seen passing by before the PMD started to cross and got hit later on.
At the 30th second of the video the rider already knew that he was going to get hit but did not stop.
