According to the Singapore Food Agency, a prata shop located at 248 Simei Street 3 #01-100 Singapore 520248 has been suspended.

The food stall number is no.1 which is Prata Express.
The shop failed to adhere to hygiene standards on several occasions and accumulated 16 demerit points in 12 months.
