China national Chen Bailin, 36, was sentenced to 14 months jail and three strokes of the cane for molesting a 7 year old girl in a clinic after finding her very good looking.

On Jan 8 this year, Chen was at a clinic in the West of Singapore when he followed a seven-year-old girl to the pantry of a clinic before molesting her. He was touching himself when he followed her to the pantry.
She only released the girl after molesting her for close to eight seconds. The father of the victim called the police when he found out and Chen was arrested after the incident was captured by the clinic’s CCTV.
Chen pleaded guilty to one count of using criminal force on the girl intending to outrage her modesty.
