- Many neighbours from hell with inconsiderate actions have been around everywhere everyday. I hope HDB, Town Council and/or Police could assist better. Maybe certain laws need to be set to keep individuals in harmony.
2. Buy a air pump modified it and use a stick hold up to the ceiling where their room is on it the whole night and day for a week. You just sleep at another room for a week. See he can tahan the tapping sound or not for 24 hours whole week. Wake up 2 am / 4am wrap your stick with cloths, bang on your ceiling hard afew time and stop.
3 I have the exact same suffering for 2 whole years! I film down their knocking and report to HDB. HDB also lousy like police unable to catch them red handed. So I just go upstairs with the HDB/police ppl and warn them. Also China people do this at my block
