A rental HDB unit at Serangoon was seen engulfed in flames and the video was recently uploaded on the Facebook page Complaint Singapore.

The actual location was a second floor unit at 214 Serangoon Ave 4 and a helpful neighbour was believed to have brought an elderly female tenant to safety.
