Upon closer inspection, the passerby found Mr. Shah slumped in the driver’s seat, with his upper body hanging out of the vehicle while his feet remained inside. Initially suspecting foul play, the concerned individual promptly contacted the police.

Following an investigation, authorities determined that there were no signs of criminal activity surrounding the incident. The Criminal Investigation Team reported that Mr. Shah’s personal belongings were untouched, and there were no indications of a struggle at the scene. This led them to conclude that the incident was devoid of any criminal elements.

Preliminary findings suggest that Mr. Shah may have experienced health issues prior to his death. It was revealed that he had a history of heart disease and hypertension, which likely contributed to his sudden demise. Witnesses believe he may have felt unwell and collapsed after opening the car door, resulting in a fatal head injury.

The police have classified the case as one of sudden death, and Mr. Shah’s body has been sent to a local hospital morgue for a forensic examination to ascertain the exact cause of death. Bintulu District Police Chief Superintendent Nixon Joshua Ali has urged anyone with information regarding the incident to come forward and contact the Bintulu Central Police Station. He also emphasized the importance of refraining from speculation and the dissemination of unverified information.
