Facebook user Michele Tham recently took to Facebook to commend the great service of the boss of a roasted meat stall after he offered to compensate the customer for the full meal cost after giving feedback about the soup. She stated that she enjoyed the other dishes but she did not enjoy the ABC soup. The boss was extremely apologetic and offered to compensate her for the full meal which she rejected.
Here is the full story.
Hi all. I wish to commend Wang Fu roast for their excellent customer service. And hope after reading this post, more ppl will support them.

So today decided to order from them for dinner since no cooking at home tonight. I ordered half roast duck, 500gms roast pork, 3 fragrance rice, 1 corn soup and 1 ABC soup. The food reached my place about 6.10pm. My children ate 1st and commented the meat was good. I ate at ard 7.30pm… wow… the roast pork skin was still crispy. Roast duck meat was surprisingly soft. Don’t have gamey taste also.
What we did not enjoyed was the ABC soup and so had feedback to the boss. Boss was very humble, he apologized and say would look into improving the taste of soup. To which after he said he want to compensate me but i declined. He still transferred back me the soup cost anyway.
What is really commendable is his willingness to hear customer’s feedback and being so humble about it. While there are some shortfalls, his attitude towards customer service is excellent. Really urge you guys to patronize his roast meat stall.
