The images uploaded by the man showed rust at his door frames but the issue still persist.
Here is what he said:
“HDB are you going to repair my rusty door frame reported within the defect liability period on 25 Jun 2018, this BTO flat was built by your contractor Q**** Group, it was repaired 3 times on the following date:
1st repair on 6 Aug 2018
2nd repair on 5 Nov 2018
3rd repair on 18 Feb 2019
The issue can’t resolve after 3 repairs, on 25 Nov 2021 HDB Woodlands branch officer advised can’t provide any solution and time frame to resolve this prolonged issue.
