my Samsung phone firmware cannot be updated so I brought it to Samsung service centre. I have to Q up for hours . When my turn comes and technician came and told me he cannot guarantee whether he can solve it but I still have to pay the services whether he can or cannot fix it.
Hello you only pay up when things or a job is done isn’t it? The question is should a customer still pay for services not completed or fixed? Samsung you owe a customer for customer services . You don’t get to collect any renumeration, if the Job is incomplete.
Wel I’m currently typing this comment with 2 vertical lines on my phone right now. I think it’s time to move on from Samsung
Here are what netizens think:
- Haha….just experienced my 2nd line on my Samsung S21 Ultra. Which phone to get now…haizzz
- I have Huawei Mate 20X and P30 Pro, from 5 and 4 yrs back respectively, and both are still ok with no issues (used now by my kids). If not because of Google ban, I would have stayed with Huawei…
- Quality from Samsung is getting bad to worst and they doesn’t acknowledge it’s part of their responsibility. Been a Samsung user, we are paying for some quality and also some pride to show that it’s a Samsung. But to Samsung, deal is over the moment when one paid over the counter. Perhaps if every such problem phone users goes to “CASE” and wonder if “CASE” ever take up helping to fight for rights?
- One of the lousiest phone I got . My 4 year old. HUAWEI mate30 pro is better than my new fold5. Regret to change
