The Ministry of Manpower (MOM) said on 14 October that 2 private security agencies in Singapore were charged for overworking their workers.

They reportedly made their security officers work 20 hours per day as well as back to back shifts.
Erawan Security Services and Volantra Security were both charged by MOM.
According to MOM, security officers cannot be worked beyond 12 hours per day.
