She has been advertising her obscene content on Telegram and Twitter and asking those who are interested to subscribe to her twitter with a monthly payment of $50 and $38 on Telegram.
For public indecency or being nude in public, they are liable to an imprisonment term of up to three months, a fine of up to S$2,000, or both.
Anyone found guilty for the offence of Distributing Obscene material shall be punished with imprisonment for a term which may exceed to 3 months, or with fine, or with both under Section 292(a) of the Penal Code.
