I am a Singaporean girl, I dont have much education and I ended up working in pubs, but it is difficult to make a living and get ladies drinks or tips from customers as the thai girls are too pretty and very good at seducing customers.
It is like going to war working in a disco. At first, I thought it would be easy. I was young and naive. I thought I would just stand around and people would buy me drinks and tip me. But I was wrong. In Singapore, there are a lot of Thai girls working in pubs and they are very pretty and very good at seducing customers.
It’s like going to war when I’m working in a pub. I have to compete with the Thai girls for the attention of customers. Some customers come in with the intention of buying drinks for the Thai girls. Others come in just to flirt with them. And some even come in with the intention of taking them home.
So it’s not easy for me to make a living working in a pub. I have to be a lot more proactive than the Thai girls. I have to be more outgoing and friendly and try to make more conversations with the customers. I also have to be more attentive and make sure I keep a lookout for any customers who might be interested in buying drinks for me.
I also have to be creative in how I get tips from customers. I’ve tried offering different services, such as taking photos with customers or providing them with a massage. Sometimes, I even take the initiative to ask the customer out for a meal.
Of course, I make sure to get the money upfront before I start.
The competition is fierce and it’s hard for me to make a living in pubs. But I’m determined to keep going and make the best out of the situation. I’m learning to be more resourceful and creative with my services. I’m also learning how to be more confident and outgoing.
