Facebook user Keith Peter shared on Complaint Singapore how he had to extinguish a fire from a rubbish bin.

He alleged that the fire was caused by a lit cigarette butt thrown into the bin.
He said that he had to go home to retrieve his watering pot to put out the fire.
The incident happened at Hougang Block 339.
