S’PORE GIRL LOST 42KG IN 2 YEARS THROUGH WALKING & INTERMITTENT FASTING

TikTok user @eggtingg shared how she lost a whopping 42kg in 2 years, going from 110kg to 68kg, as she shared her weight loss journey, hoping to inspire others.

She decided to change her lifestyle during the pandemic, and made two key changes to her lifestyle: She would fast intermittently by eating during an 8-hour window and fasting for the other 16 hours.

Healthier lifestyle

She also ate healthier foods that were “super clean”, including stir-fried pasta with olive oil, garlic and chilli; and other food like stir-fried vegetables with oyster sauce, etc.

She also started exercising 5 times a week by going for long, 6km to 10km walks; or she’s doing some high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workouts via Youtube videos.

She had earlier lost 30kg by February this year and lost a further 12kg by the time August rolled by.
