A non-fungible token (NFTs) is a non-interchangeable unit of data stored on a blockchain. NFTs are data units may be associated with digital files such as photos, videos, and audio.
Twitter user spiceboy.eth (Yung Raja) who is a local rapper lost 20 ETH worth of NFTs from his wallet. In his post he said:
“Just like that.. 20 ETH worth of #NFTs wiped out of my wallet”
As of today’s (April 16) value, 20 Etherum is worth around S$82,520

The victims shares how he got scammed:
to my friends in the NFT space, just fell victim to a scam i wanted to share with yall.. about how i clicked on a link and got my NFTs transferred out – VeeFriends, DourDarcels, Mavia Land, WVRPs etc., in a matter of minutes.
i connected my wallet to a MAYC site that… clearly wasn’t an official link. To be honest I feel like an idiot cause it’s a situation that could’ve been easily avoided and I never thought It’d happen man it was all so convincing haha these scammers are getting smarter at trying to get you to click that link…
just a reminder to be very careful friends! Even verified accounts can’t be trusted. That was a painful and very costly mistake but HEY the only Ls we taking stands for LeSsON we moving on to da NEXT BAG!!! TIME TO REBUILD THE PORTFOLIO
