The total amount is currently unknown but the total amount was believed to be several million baht. The man struck the lottery several times after praying at the Song Sawoei temple.
The man, whose name is YC, was introduced to the temple by his friends and after winning the lottery several times, he decided to return to the temple to donate 1 million baht (approx $44,000SGD).
The head monk of the temple stated that the money will go to the restoration works of the temple.
