Lot L002QH9 of Acuvue Oasysst and B00GW4Z and B00HRMG were found to have manfacturing defects which made the lenses distorted or brush bristles in the package.

Luckily there are no reports or complains of Singaporean consumer injured or affected by the defective products yet. According to Johnson & Johnson they claimed that this lot of contact lens with this lot numbers have already been collected back and no longer on the Singapore market.
This has also affected other parts of Asia such as Hong Kong, Japan and Taiwan. When questioned by media the total amount of products that have defects across Asia, Johnson & Johnson spokesman said he is unable to share the figure.
