The temple will also be introducing new restrictions to prevent gathering crowds, such as the odd-even entry restrictions starting from 10 May, where each visitor’s entry to the temple is limited to odd or even dates based on their NRIC/FIN’s last digit.

Odd numbered last digits will be allowed to enter on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.

Even numbered last digits will be allowed to enter on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.

The closure and new restrictions come in the wake of the number of rising Covid-19 community cases.
