THEFT CASE: POLICE SEEKING WOMAN FOR INVESTIGATIONS

The Police are looking for the woman shown in the image below to assist with investigations into a case of theft which was reported at a fruit stall outside Fu Lu Shou Complex on 2 March 2022.

Theft

The offence of theft under Section 379 of the Penal Code, Chapter 224 carries a jail term of up to 3 years, or a fine, or both.

 It is a punishable offence to leave the scene of an accident, which is considered a hit-and-run – upon conviction, first-time offenders face a fine of up to $3,000 or a jail term of up to 12 months.
