A Facebook user recently took to Facebook to share his negative experience he had with POSB bank after thousand of dollars was transferred out of his account but the bank could do nothing.

Instead, the bank asked the man to contact the merchant which was Bigpay and to make a police report as well.
A check on Bigpay showed that it is a payment system – owned by AirAsia – that allows users to pay with a prepaid card or mobile app. It is frequently used by Malaysians.
