The thumbtacks were first discovered on 19 September by the riders at Yishun, and a man was seen in the video picked up the thumbtacks.

The incident purportedly happened near Block 348B Yishun Avenue 11, along Yishun Central, and the cameraman said that he doesn’t know how many people have been affected by the thumbtacks so far.

According to reports, there were allegedly at least 20 to 30 bikes that had fallen victim to the thumbtacks and had their tires punctured.
