A netizen shared a tip-off about an allegedly illegal KTV operating at Cuppage, with hostesses from Korea, Thailand, Vietnam and China.
He alleged that the operator has installed soundproof walls to hide the illicit activities, as well as installed CCTVs to look out for raids.

This illegal prostitution has been operating by the above group of people since last year 2021 till now and still have not been caught by the police.
I can understand as well since the owner *name withheld* knows the underworld group of people and also the kind of ways he can think of not to be caught.
He was caught before a few times so he has done some sound proofing to the wall of the KTV.
He has put up thick and long black curtains inside the main doors, so that police will think no one is operating the KTV even when they are inside operating the illegal prostitution business daily, around 7plus pm till 3am at times 5am.
He has mounted up CCTVs just outside the KTV, and if police were to knock at the door, they will not open at all.
They are not only running this illegal business without any valid license like, liqueur, food, etc licenses at all.
Worst they also hired many ladies from Korea, PRC, Thailand, Vietnam, etc.
They will be entertaining all the male customers and then if they agree to buy them out to the hotel, *name withheld* will charge them $2000 where 50% will go to the ladies, and his company will be collecting 50% which will be $1000.
Hope the police can investigate and nail this illegal operation down ASAP.
