According to Singapore Food Agency, a food manufacturer, Seng Huat Bean Curd Pte Ltd located at 15 Jalan Tepong #04-02/03, Jurong Food Hub was forced to shut down after they were caught manufacturing in unsanitary conditions.

On 29 July 2021, during an inspection of the premises, widespread pest
infestations such as cockroaches, drain flies and a dead rodent was observed. The
premises were also found to be poorly maintained
The operator will be suspended with effect from 29 July 2021 until further notice.
Recall
The bean products have been distributed to markets across the island and SFA has since ordered a recall of the product.
