Malaysia’s recovery movement control order (RMCO) has been extended to 31st December. Prime Minister Muhyiddin said that “even though the number of new cases in the country has fallen, the virus is still raging globally. We also have to significantly reduce the number of local infections in Malaysia.”

The RMCO phase was originally scheduled to end on Aug 31.
Don’t get confused with MCO, that was a lockdown. (RMCO is like the phase 1 and 2 in SG, after circuit breaker.)
Tourists are still not allowed to enter the country, unless in consideration, the situation improves.
