A pipe bomb was found near Thailand Cultural Centre MRT for those that do not know. This MRT station is actually the station closest to Rot Fai market(Many Singaporeans go there for the food!) right behind Esplanade shopping mall.

The police are unclear if this bomb was related to the recent bomb incidents that happened in the city.
The previous incident that happened at Phramongkuklao Hospital left 25 people injured, also by a pipebomb.
