A video emerged online showing two men fighting on the road, and spitting at each other’s faces.
The two men were seen in the video getting into a heated argument, as another passer-by stepped in to defuse the situation.
The man in orange then went up to the motorcyclist’s face and spat in his face, shouting “PUI AH!”
They then started squaring up top each other and throwing punches.
According to Chapter 224 of the Penal Code, anyone who disturbs public peace by fighting in public is guilty of committing an affray.
Upon conviction, offenders could face a jail term of up to one year and/or a fine of up to $5,000.
According to Chapter 321 of the Penal Code, anyone who performs an act that causes hurt to a person is guilty of Voluntarily Causing Hurt.
