A netizen, Kay Ling, shared CCTV footage of what is presumed to be her neighbour, creating a ruckus outside his home.
The man was seen unlocking his front gate and slamming it repeatedly against the wall of the netizen’s unit.
The gate had bounced off the wall and he then slammed it against the wall again, to create as much noise as possible.
The man inadvertently broke his own metal gate, with a piece of metal rod, which is a part of the gate, then got dislodged from the metal gate, and fell onto the man sitting down.
Netizens then commented that it was “very well deserved” and “instant karma”.
Potential penalties
Anyone who makes any noise in excess that is likely to cause annoyance or inconvenience to others in the vicinity or in any public setting could face fines of up to $1,000.
