I saw these poor working with orange uniforms setting up grillies at the Amore EC in Punggol at a 9th floor unit on 7 March 2017 at around 2:38pm,

They stepped on the ladder and the balcony railing to do drilling without the usage of any safely harness or any safely equipment where can like that? What he accidently lost his balance and slip he will surely fall to his death!
The always say prevention is before than cure I hope their supervisor will not wait for things to happened that regret it!!
