We have temporarily closed our branch at Raffles City Shopping Centre for thorough deep cleaning and disinfection as it is a potential COVID-19 exposure site. The branch will reopen on 1 October.
We ask customers who visited the branch in the last two weeks to monitor their health closely and to seek medical care immediately if they have any flu-like symptoms. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
Colleagues who were working at this branch are monitoring their health as they complete 14 days of self-quarantine.
We would like to reassure our customers and the community that we continue to maintain stringent precautionary measures to protect the well-being of those who work at or visit our premises. We also encourage our customers to use our digital services to conduct banking activities in the comfort and safety of their homes.
