The Black Mitsubishi driver is a 21 driver and he was sent to Changi General Hospital but died later in the hospital.
But new video footages showed what actually happened before the incident.
The drive flew from the opposite lane and spun out of control before smashing into the head of the oil tanker.

The video recorder of the oil tanker also showed that the truck was driving less than 40km/hour and at a safe speed.
