A Facebook user, Jolin Aurora Cheng, shared how she places an order at 9pm for Foodpanda delivery and ended up waiting 2 hours for her food that never came.
She added that her order was marked delivered but the food wasn’t there, and that she messaged Foodpanda who then told her that they will arrange for re-delivery.
But they couldn’t reach her on the phone and they then canceled her re-delivery, but Cheng said that she didn’t receive any missed calls from them.
Here is what she said
Ordered foodpanda at 9pm, at 9.59pm it was showed as delivered but we opened our door and found ntg, driver didnt give proof of hanging it as well,
messaged foodpanda and they said they will arrange redeliver and contact me in 15mins, i waited and messaged them again but they said they couldn’t reach me so they canceled my redeliver,
i had no missed calls, nothing from them and my phone number was correct so i asked for it again and they told me they would arrange it again,
guess what, after 15 mins I messaged them and they said they couldn’t contact me again and canceled it.
Foodpanda is this a joke to you, i waited 2hrs for my food to come and for you to spin me around like I was a joke to you,
best part is they say they process refund but take 14 days, hello? What kind of service is this
