I was at CGH to see a cardiac consultant on 11 March 2020, Wednesday, afternoon. The cardiac consultant squeezed me with his hands and slip into my bra with his stethoscope, the consultant continued to squeeze me with his hands in despite there wasn’t any space for his hand to go through.
I could feel that my bra was bent cos he kept squeezing despite it was difficult to slip in since my bra was put on, he used his stethoscope
I wanted to mention that his hands rubbed against my nipple but I was embarrassed to mention about it. The procedure looked “normal” on the outside as the duration wasn’t long and like the nurse said it was normal for doctor to check. But I supposed not squeeze his hand in and rubbing against my skin. It’s like shouldn’t the doctor ask the patient to loosen bra with nurse around if doctor really want to check around the chest area.
Besides, he also told me to show him my ovarian surgery scar. I told him that my ovarian surgery was done in 2011 and it’s now 2020, he insisted that he wanted to see it which I told him that I did keyhole surgery and there isn’t any scar. It’s strange for a cardiac consultant to look at my ovarian surgery scar especially the area is very low, should I show him my scar I would need to undress my pants for him!

I remained quiet as I was scared to confront and hence I only asked the nurse how is the usual procedure like later on, because I find it weird for the doctor to ask me to show him my ovarian surgery scar which if I had a scar it would be very low, which means if I was blur and naive, I may just undress my pants to show the doctor.
The consultant also told me that he has a mental illness
The consultant also told me that he has a mental illness and told me to keep that to myself. He lied that he is a professor who majors in psychology while he is only a junior consultant who majors in nuclear cardiology.
I felt something wasn’t right and asked the nurse, the nurse responded that cardiac doctors have to check our underbust which is at the rib bone. Since it’s at the rib bone under our bra, why did he squeeze his hand and stethoscope into my left bra knowing that with my bra put on, it’s impossible for him to squeeze through to reach my rib bone and shouldn’t he just check from below my blouse instead of from the top?
Given any young women who might just undress their pants to show him their ovarian surgery scar should there be any? The nurse wasn’t doing her job as she was standing far behind me looking at her computer, moreover, the doctor did not ask her to stand next to us during the health check.
I have reported the case to the police. The police arrived at CGH at 4.45pm. The case is currently under investigation.
