Facebook user Pauline Soon shared how she hired a moving company from Carousell to help her move her furniture.

She said that the movers allegedly damaged her bed frame during the moving process, and they allegedly refused to provide compensation.

Here is what she said

“Dear friends, please help me to SHARE as much as u can!

I engaged this *name redacted* services from carousel and they damage my bed frame during the moving. Then they refuse to do reasonable compensation.

Please share around so that people who plans to engage them will think twice and not regret like me.”

If it isn’t stated in the fine print, then you’re at the losing end. did you get insurance? no? You can’t do anything about it.
