The incident happened at Bukit Batok East Avenue 4 on 3 August at about 5.35pm.

The camcar was seen in the video driving on the left lane, as the cars on the right lane were queueing up to turn right.

The jaywalking woman pushing a yellow stroller, then suddenly emerged from among the cars, catching the camcar driver off guard.

The camcar then honked at her but it was too late, before the car hit the woman’s stroller.
