A video emerged online showing a heated confrontation between a woman and a safe-entry staff member at City Square Mall.
The woman was apparently trying to scan her phone at the safe-entry kiosk but the machine wasn’t scanning.
The woman then shouted at the staff member, saying “IT IS NOT SCANNING BECAUSE SHE IS AN OLD B—-“
A passerby then attempted to defuse the situation, to which the woman then shouted “NO, I WANT TO TEACH HER A LESSON!”
The staff member then said something that wasn’t picked up by the camera, to which the woman then shouted back: “YOU WANT TO CHALLENGE ME AH!”
