Here are what netizens think:

  • I stopped buying from local shops directly as your purchase is not protected. Buying from popular online platforms is better as there’s a route to get your money back. I learnt the hard way when I was cheated so openly. If you paid by credit card, I suggest you contact the bank for assistance.
  • You still call? Why not go down to their showroom and make noise?
  • Never never trust any shop from expo. Most of them are cheaters
  • Boikot la dont give them bisness teach them the lesson lodge police report of the scam.
  • Money in their pocket , they put your issue to the last or even ignore lah , the lady dun even know your order she just want to delay you few month and hung up the call.
  • Oh..why you order sofa from overseas…have many store here in singapore selling sofa then the following day they will deliver to your doorstep….

  • My advice, wait for the next expo exhibition…go there and make scene, attract all the crowd, do it repeatedly until they refund your money on the SPOT
