Had message &call no response and managed to call in the office the lady says, maybe will arrive End of the Month& unconfirm so had asked her if that’s how you do business, and she replied yes, also did not know why was shipment always never arrive, no any follow-up’

- I stopped buying from local shops directly as your purchase is not protected. Buying from popular online platforms is better as there’s a route to get your money back. I learnt the hard way when I was cheated so openly. If you paid by credit card, IÂ suggest you contact the bank for assistance.
- You still call? Why not go down to their showroom and make noise?
- Never never trust any shop from expo. Most of them are cheaters
