
A woman shared how she received a parcel via Ninjavan, when a deliveryman sent a parcel to her doorstep under “cash on delivery”.
She shared that the package was $50 and that she was alone at home at the time.
She highlighted that everyone at her home shops a lot, but they have never opted for cash on delivery before, so this cash on delivery package set her alarm bells ringing.
She said that the delivery drier seemed legitimate as the packager had her name, phone number and address all correct.
She eventually paid for the package and when she opened it up, it contained some cheap cream – that was when she realized she had been scammed.
