A video emerged online showing a woman sitting alone in her living room, and catching a glimpse of another “person” sitting right beside her on the sofa.
She captioned her video: “There’s a whole person sitting next to me brooo wtf” as she recorded herself and her surroundings to show that she was indeed alone at the time.
She was initially confused at first, asking herself “so am I tripping?” And she then pans her camera to the side, saying that the noise was coming from her pet turtles.
She added that she was home alone at the time as she then turns her camera to the side to show that there was nobody on her sofa.
However, when she points her camera to the television screen, the reflection of a woman with long hair appearing to be wearing a beige top and white coloured jeans, could be seen sitting beside her with her arms held together at the front of her body.
Spirit sighting on reflective surfaces
For centuries, people have reported seeing ghosts and other supernatural entities in various forms. One particular type of sighting that has gained attention over the years is seeing ghosts on reflective surfaces. Mirrors, windows, and other shiny objects have been known to reflect the image of a ghostly figure, leaving many to question the validity of these sightings.
There are many theories as to why ghosts might appear on reflective surfaces. Some believe that it is simply a trick of the light, while others think that the reflective surfaces act as a gateway between our world and the spirit world. Regardless of the reason, many people have reported seeing ghosts in this way, and the phenomenon has become the subject of much debate and speculation.
One possible explanation for ghost sightings on reflective surfaces is that they are simply a result of our brain’s tendency to see patterns in random data. When we look at a reflective surface, our brains automatically try to make sense of what we’re seeing. If the light happens to hit the surface in such a way that it creates a pattern that looks like a ghostly figure, our brains may interpret it as such.
Another theory is that ghosts are attracted to reflective surfaces because they can use them as a means of communication. According to this theory, ghosts are able to manipulate the light that reflects off the surface in order to create an image of themselves. This could be their way of trying to communicate with the living or simply to make their presence known.
Regardless of the reason behind ghost sightings on reflective surfaces, they have become a popular topic in paranormal circles. There are countless stories of people seeing ghostly figures in mirrors, windows, and even in the shiny surface of their phones. Some have even claimed to see the faces of loved ones who have passed away reflected back at them.
While it’s impossible to say for sure whether these sightings are genuine or simply a product of our imagination, they certainly add to the mystery and intrigue surrounding the paranormal. Whether you believe in ghosts or not, there’s no denying that the idea of seeing a ghostly figure staring back at you from a reflective surface is a haunting one.
