WOMAN SHARES RYDE FARES FOR TRIP FROM WOODLANDS TO HARBOURFRONT – $143 TO $316

A netizen shared the exorbitant fares charged by Ryde for a trip from Woodlands towards Harbourfront, with the fares ranging from $143 to $316.

The netizen, told STOMP that she had opened the app to check the prices on 26 September at about 2.43am, to check the prices.

She then saw that the fares ranged from $143.70 for a RydePOOL ride, to $316.20 for a RydeLUXE ride.

The woman ended up booking a ride with Grab instead, which set her back $42, which is more than $100 cheaper than Ryde’s cheapest option.
