She was subsequently fired on her 3rd day of SHN, after starting work for only about 1-2 weeks.

She was put on 3-days SHN, and got fired on the 3rd day of her SHN, citing reasons due to work performance.
Does it even sound right? She had more than 15 years of experience in clinical work and still in her 30s.”
