It’s been almost a decade since I have graduated my secondary school. Used be outcasted by my cca mates and most of my classmates for years. Almost flunk my Os and having to live with low self esteem until I went to poly.
So nowadays, whenever I saw my secondary school classmates in public or at my workplace, the tendency of me wanting to roll my eyes so bad.
Not to mention those fake secondary school classmates that turned into financial advisors and trying to rekindle the non-existent “friendship” ewww.
Guys, feel free to share your horrible secondary school experience here!

- I’d rather be adulting with all the stress of adulting than to ever go back to a day of Secondary School lol.
- Not secondary but JC and its surprisingly so. My mental health was very very bad during that period of time but I thought I’d sort of ‘moved past it’. But recently someone was speaking about their experience during that time and I noticed a lot of heavy emotions sort of just came back so I really sort of have that hang up.
Also, I would have recurring nightmares for years of like not studying anything or missing A’level exams altogether or something & waking up very confused before remembering that I am a whole working adult now, and not in JC anymore. - Yes, one of the most hated period in life. Lousy class mates, they often go shop lifting, do all forms of nonsense, disposed other classmates’ text books and cause them to fail exams. They’re fake, toxic, they’ll spread false rumours and laugh at your plight.
They’ll target anyone they could – I stood up for myself, got beaten up a few times but, still continue to report them.
Teachers then label everyone as either losers or hopeless just because we’re in normal (acad) stream.
