A woman in Singapore, Elaine Liu, shared on TikTok obn 15 March that she had dropped her AirPod into a deep drain during a heavy downpour.
However, all hope was not lost because a migrant worker helped her retrieve it from the drain despite the heavy rain.
Her AirPod had apparently fallen out while she was cycling and brushing her hair.
She then found and approached a mnigrant worker by the name of Mukul, who went out of his way to help her by walking 2 bus stops to the drain under the rain to retrieve it.
Here is what she said
Was cycling and my airpods pro just flew out when I accidentally brushed my hair, so heng that it fell right into the drain !!
Found this guy #Mukul who walked 2 bus stops away under the heavy rain just to get it out for me! So touched
