A Workers’ Party volunteer, Keng Ann Yap, shared how he saw a fallen banner of the PAP’s Edwin Tong at Joo Chiat.

Being an experienced volunteer in charge of logistics, he had all the equipment in his car, so he decided to help fix the fallen banner.
He wrote that although he is a supporter of the Workers’ Party, the GE2020 is already over and Edwin Tong is the fairly elected MP of his estate, so it is in the right spirit for him to help fix it.
