The incident was captured on the bus’s CCTV camera and has since gone viral on social media, sparking outrage among netizens. The video shows the cyclist riding in the middle of the lane, preventing the bus from overtaking. Despite the bus captain’s repeated requests for the cyclist to move to the left, the cyclist remained in the middle of the lane and began shouting vulgarities.

The incident has once again highlighted the importance of road safety and the need for all road users to respect each other’s space. According to the Highway Code, cyclists are required to keep to the left of the road and not ride more than two abreast. They are also required to give way to vehicles that are overtaking them.
