Facebook user Andre Po posted onto the Facebook group Complaint Singapore about a group of youths having a meal together in a group of 9.

Po captioned the video: “How come this shop allow 9 people to sit in one table? Will they be taken to task for flouting the ‘not more than 5’ rule? (sic)”
The youths could be seen chatting with each other and smoking.
It is unclear which restaurant the youths were at, or whether the youths were smoking under shelter.
