A video was recently uploaded on the Instagram page complaint.sg which shows a group of young punks doing a group video shoot.

They were seen displaying their 369 hand sign while looking cool for all to see. They even placed a few aeroplane logos at the bottom of their video to tell the world that they are from the infamous 369 airport gang.
