In a video that was uploaded on social media, a group of over 10 men were seen gathering on the ground floor of Golden Mile.
A man wearing a cap was seen shouting against a few young YPs asking to fight a “1 by 1” or “1 vs 1”.
A few men were seen trying to stop the man from further escalating the fight.
As the other party approaches the man shouting, he said “one of you guys come out and 1 v 1”
The man subsequently pulled away and his cap dropped revealing a balding section on his head.
This is the second fight incident in recent weeks, in the start of July over 10 youngsters were seen fighting outside Golden Mile Tower.

According to Chapter 321 of the Penal Code, anyone who performs an act that causes hurt to a person is guilty of Voluntarily Causing Hurt.
 Upon conviction, offenders could face a jail term of up to 3 years and/or a fine of up to $5,000.
According to Chapter 224 of the Penal Code, anyone who disturbs public peace by fighting in public is guilty of committing an affray.
Upon conviction, offenders could face a jail term of up to one year, a fine of up to $5,000, or both.
